We had an exceptional experience with Bison Roofing! Craig was very responsive when we called about needing our shingles replaced; explained the issues he found and gave us a detailed estimate the same day. Our job was delayed 1 day due to high winds, which we were perfectly fine with. The job was completed within 6 hours, and Craig sent us pictures of the plywood that needed to be replaced (more than we initially thought) and took care of a couple other issues they found. We had just bought our first home and not even a month in we had shingles flying off causing a leak into the house. Bison Roofing made it really easy to get a new roof done! Craig was really easy to work with and very responsive the entire process. He did an amazing job inspecting the roof himself and finding further damage the inspector initially had missed, this allowed us to get a full roof replacement covered by insurance rather than patch work. He was great with getting us all the documentation required for insurance as well. The crew came out and did our roof very fast even with having to patch the decking underneath.
